Certificate Of Trust California Does Anyone Know What LEGAL Rights A Grandmother Has For Visitation In California? ?

Does anyone know what LEGAL rights a grandmother has for visitation in California? ? - certificate of trust california

My Huband, 16, died suddenly in May We were the end of our marriage is still strong. In fact, he stayed with us for 5 days before the camp, where he died. He went home when she was 15 and had little contact with his mother, especially because his mood is very unstable. Somehow, could affect our lives every time they gave him the opportunity to meet with us. My "coup de grace was his in the morgue and CORONOR on the death certificate of his ashes when he knew she was not legally divorced. As in his burning before must see our children and say goodbye. Since we wanted to do nothing. Well, she is taken to court visitation, and my daughters do not want to see. I have no idea how to do it!? my children to share with someone I do not trust and does not seem right that they have this right. Please.

Get a lawyer. In California, a grandparent does not have the right to see a grandchild if the parents approved or ordered by the court.

I can not believe that there are people out there like that. How horrible for them to do it for you and your family. If all this goes to court I would get in any event, may (a lawyer, but too expensive) for the family court. Be sure to tell them what we say here, and only FIGHT! And if your kids are old enough to testify in court that we do not want to see or to her, it's probably not made. Or everything is monitored. Good luck to you and your family.
