I am a therapist and also suffer from OCD, I had some of my colleagues and my training tells me to calm me down. If you need to feel like crazy and nothing in the world clean, then we should stand us for 10 minutes and my thoughts exactly. If you are a very serious case, if there are drugs that you can get in, but I found that OCD is about control, and if I could control other parts of life, then you can lose the table of contents, so should They speak to a therapist and see what happens in your life that you fel he lost control of his life and see when OCD became a problem. In this way they can help with and hopefully do not need medication. That's what I did, I noticed a few sessions with a therapist and that there are a number of things that happened in my childhood that I am not one to help so I thought I completely lost control, and I felt myself my adult life that I could win conytrol back to make sure everything was perfect, and evrything was clean and tidy. So definitely Suggc / therapist. Good luck and if you need someone to talk email me.

I used to have OCD also important. You must be at the root of OCD. It's really a mental thing. Therefore, the rituals you are doing? Do you have a great fear or anxiety? If you can find out what the cause of OCD begin the process. I had on the therapist to accept reality and overcome fear, but many people I know have it all ourselves. Good luck.
